1. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset it by email.
2. Signed up with Google or another provider? Sign in with that same provider; those accounts may have no separate password.
3. No reset email? Check spam, and confirm you're using the address you registered with.

Your username, profile picture, and bio live in your Dashboard settings. Changes apply to your Instantsite account, not to any published website content. Details in updating account information.

Changing the sign-in email address doesn't currently have a self-service control; write to us and we'll help.

Everything about your subscription is in Dashboard billing: upgrade or downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly billing, update payment cards, and see invoices. Payments are processed by Stripe. Step-by-step guidance is in managing your subscription.

Cancelling moves you to the Free plan; your account and websites are not deleted.

• Free: one website on an instantsite.app address.
• Pro: up to two websites, plus custom domains: connect one you own or purchase one.
• Premium: up to five websites, website analytics, and further customization options.

• Change your password and manage two-factor authentication (an authenticator app) from the Security tab of Dashboard settings.
• How your data is handled is described in account and settings and the privacy policy.
• Deleting your account is permanent and removes your websites. It's available at the bottom of Dashboard settings and asks you to confirm by typing a phrase.
