Generation failed or seems stuck
A failed run does not consume a website slot; you can try again immediately. Before you do:
- Make the description more concrete. Very short or very abstract descriptions leave the planner without enough to work from.
- Describe one business rather than several. A description covering unrelated businesses is hard to turn into one coherent website.
- Write consistently in one language.
- Stay on the create screen while it runs. Navigating away mid-request means you do not see the result.
If it keeps failing, contact support and include the description you used; it is the single most useful thing for working out what happened.
I cannot create another website
Each plan holds a fixed number of websites: Free 1, Pro 2, Premium 5. When you are at the limit, creating another is refused until you delete one or move up a plan.
If your 30-day Free window has ended, managing websites and domains is locked until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted. See Free, Pro and Premium.
Changes are not saving
Nothing is saved automatically: changes stay in the editor until you press Save. If Save reports an error:
- Check your connection and press Save again. The editor keeps your changes while it fails, so nothing is lost by retrying.
- If you have just added a large image, wait for it to finish uploading before saving.
- If a save keeps failing, copy any text you have rewritten somewhere safe before you leave the page.
I changed something by mistake
Undo steps back through your editing session, and a continuous action counts as one entry rather than one per keystroke. See the editor overview.
Once you have left the editor, undo history is gone. There is no version history of a published website to roll back to; the way back is your own edits.
I deleted a section I wanted
If it was this session, Undo brings it back. Otherwise add the section again from Add a section; it arrives with placeholder content to fill in, not with your old text. This is why Hide section exists: a hidden section stays in the editor with its content intact.
A control is locked
Controls that need a higher plan stay visible and say what they need, rather than disappearing. The common ones:
- Individual colour pickers: available on Pro and Premium.
- The full font library and pairings: available on Pro and Premium.
- Stock image search: available on Premium.
- Image logo: available on Pro and Premium.
Images are not loading
- In the editor, an image that has just been chosen is uploaded when you save. Save before judging whether it worked.
- On a published website, an image that is missing usually means the website was published before that image was saved. Save, then publish again.
- If one particular file will not upload, try a standard JPEG or PNG export of it; very large files and unusual formats are the common culprits.
